CTP Required for Ammo Purchases
No Third-Party Fulfilled Ammo
No Magazines with a Capacity of 10+
CTP Required for Magazine Purchases
No Sales of Binary Triggers
No Sales of Threaded Barrels
No Smoothbore (non-rifled) barrel firearms with a pistol grip, regardless of barrel length such as Remington Tac-14, Rock Island VRF14, Emperor Mogul Max Ultra, and the like.
No Stabilizing Braces or Blades
No Vertical Grips
No Body Armor
No Shrouds (Completely or Partially encircle the Barrel other than a Slide, Handguards)
No Semi-Auto Rifles with more than 5 Round Capacity to residents under 21
No Magazine or Ammo Sales to residents under 18 years of age
No shotgun magazines over 5 rounds.
No Sales of Automatic Knives
Airguns must have an orange tip
Semi-Auto Rifle with a Detachable Magazine Cannot have:
Pistol Grip, Thumbhole Stock, or other Stock which allows an individual to grip the Firearm directly below any portion of the Action of the Firearm
Forward Pistol Grip
Flash Suppressor
Grenade Launcher or Flare Launcher
More than 10 Rounds
Semi-Auto Rifle with a Fixed Magazine Cannot have:
More than 10 Rounds
Semi-Auto Pistols with a Detachable Magazine Cannot have:
Magazine located outside of the Pistol Grip
Threaded Barrel capable of accepting a Flash Suppressor, Forward Pistol Grip, or Silencer
Shroud that encircles the Barrel except for a Slide
Secondhand Grip
More than 10 Rounds
Semi-Auto Pistol with a Fixed Magazine cannot have:
More than 10 Rounds
Semi-Auto Shotgun cannot have:
Folding or Telescoping Stock
Pistol Grip, Thumbhole Stock, or Stock that allows the individual to place the Trigger Hand under any portion of the Action

Revolving Cylinder
Any Semi-Auto Firearm that is not a Pistol, Revolver, Rifle, or Shotgun cannot have:
Pistol Grip, Thumbhole Stock, or other Stock that allows the individual to position the Trigger Hand under any portion of the action of the Firearm
Ability to accept a Detachable Magazine outside of the Pistol Grip
A Fixed Magazine more than 10 Rounds
A Flash Suppressor or Silencer, or a Threaded Barrel

Ammo

All ammunition must ship to an FFL holder OR the purchaser may provide one of the following:
Permit to carry a pistol or revolver
Permit to sell at retail a pistol or revolver
An eligibility certificate for a pistol or revolver
A long gun eligibility certificate
An ammunition certificate AND motor vehicle operator’s license, passport, or other valid government-issued identification showing date of birth and photograph
Proof of status as an active-duty police officer
Proof of status as an active-duty military member
Law Enforcement departments or agencies must provide purchase order on department/agency letterhead
Military departments or agencies must provide purchase order on department/agency letterhead
FFL holder must provide a copy of their FFL
.50 BMG ammunition will only be sold to law enforcement and military members.
